Noemi Dye Gel can be mixed with the Noemi Gel Solution (the perfect pair) as well as Cream Developers in 3%, 6%, and even 0%. It is also compatible with Noemi Dye Cream, Clear Corrector, and even Lash Dye!

The nutrients from Noemi Dye Gel provide specific benefits for eyebrow color by contributing to the health, radiance, and resilience of the hairs:

• Hydrolyzed Corn Protein - nourishes and strengthens hair follicles and supports the restructuring and strengthening of the hairs.

HOW TO USE

Mix the Hybrid Dye Gel with the Noemi Developer in the Mixing Ratio: 1:1 (Solution : Dye) until a smooth consistency is obtained. Apply the resulting mixture. Leave on for 10-15 minutes. 

Liquid Gel Dye can also be mixed with the Noemi Dye Cream Line.
