MonoStep by BrowXenna is an innovative express lamination system for eyebrows and eyelashes, created for brow artists who value both time efficiency and premium results. Unlike traditional systems that require three separate steps, MonoStep completes the lamination process in just one step — cutting the procedure time in half without compromising performance.

This universal dual-purpose formula is suitable for both brows and lashes, significantly reducing product costs for professionals while simplifying workflow. The result is perfectly styled, well-shaped eyebrows and beautifully resilient lash curls that last up to 6 weeks. Beyond styling, MonoStep features a unique restorative formula that strengthens and protects the hair structure throughout the procedure.

At the core of the system is cysteine — the only amino acid capable of forming disulfide bonds within the hair structure. These bonds are responsible for hair shape and elasticity, allowing controlled reshaping during lamination while maintaining structural integrity. Cysteine helps restore and strengthen the hair fiber and supports longer-lasting color retention after dyeing.

An advanced active care system works alongside cysteine to protect the hair from moisture loss and brittleness, ensuring maximum structural integrity during and after treatment.

The formula is enriched with powerful conditioning and restorative ingredients:

• Organic macadamia oil (rich in Omega 3, 5, 7) helps strengthen hair follicles, supports thin and damaged hairs, and reduces hair loss.
• Wheat hydrolyzed protein deeply moisturizes, enhances shine, and improves moisture retention.
• Silk proteins form a lightweight protective film on hair and skin without weighing it down.

HOW TO USE

For eyebrows:

1) Cleanse the eyebrows using BrowXenna Shampoo-foam for deep cleansing. Rinse the Shampoo thoroughly with water.

2) Dry the eyebrows.

3) Apply MonoStep BrowXenna evenly on the eyebrows using a synthetic brush or applicator stick.

4) Distribute the product evenly, giving the hairs the desired direction. It's important not to change the eyebrow growth direction more than 45 degrees from natural.

5) After the exposure time, remove the product with a damp cotton pad in the direction of hair growth.

Exposure time:

• For thick, coarse, rough, and gray hair: 9-10 minutes
• For very coarse hair - up to 12 minutes
• For porous, thin hair previously chemically treated: 3-6 minutes

Lamination is not recommended on severely damaged and recently lightened eyebrows; instead, deep care with P Plex Recovery is recommended.

Eyebrow tinting:

6) Mix 2.7% Oxygen J2 Cream Activator or 1.8% Oxygen J2 Cream Activator with Oxygen J2 Dye for eyebrows and eyelashes at a 1:1 ratio. To avoid darkening the hair, use Oxygen J2 Cream Diluter.

Exposure time: 7 minutes.

7) Remove the dye with a damp cotton pad.

8) Dry the eyebrows.

9) Apply a few drops of BrowXenna® P Plex Recovery, distribute evenly over the eyebrow hairs.

10) Do not rinse off the product for 24 hours.

Homecare recommendations:

• Use BrowXenna® SPA Mask or BrowXenna® P Plex Recovery 2 times a week.
• Use BrowXenna® BOTEX-X or BrowXenna® BOTEX-X concentrate with ceramides.

For eyelashes:

1) Cleanse the eyelashes using BrowXenna Shampoo-foam for deep cleansing. Rinse the Shampoo thoroughly with water.

2) Fix a silicone lash lift pads of the required size on the upper eyelid.

3) Carefully distribute and fix the eyelashes on the pads, following the rules of placement.

4) If you're using gel-type glue increase the exposure time by 2-3 minutes.

5) Apply BrowXenna® MonoStep to the area of the lash curl formation.

6) With even movements, apply a small amount of MonoStep to 2/3 of the lash length, stepping back 1-2 mm from the roots and leaving the tips free.

7) After the exposure time remove the product from the eyelashes with a damp cotton swab.

Exposure time:

• For thick and coarse eyelashes: 10-13 minutes 
• For medium thickness, shiny and natural eyelashes: 8-9 minutes
• For thin, porous eyelashes previously chemically treated: 5 minutes

Eyelash tinting:

8) Mix Oxygen J2 Cream-Activator 2.7% or Oxygen J2 Cream-Activator 1.8% with Oxygen J2 Dye for eyebrows and eyelashes in a 1:1 ratio.

9) Apply the resulting dyeing mixture to the eyelashes.

Exposure time: 7 minutes.

10) Remove the dye with a cotton swab.

11) Apply a few drops of BrowXenna® P Plex Recovery distribute evenly over the eyelashes.

12) Do not rinse off the product for 24 hours.

Homecare recommendations:

• To prevent mechanical disruption of the eyelash curl shape, it is recommended to sleep on back for the first day.
• Use BrowXenna® P Plex Recovery,BrowXenna® BOTEX-X, or BOTEX-X concentrate with ceramides 2-3 times a week.
