EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email shop@thebeautyhouse.ca and we would be happy to assist you. Please notify us within 7 business days after receiving the order. The Beauty House Shop cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened packaging due to sanitization & health regulations. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If you have received a damaged item, or received an incorrect/missing product, please email us shop@thebeautyhouse.ca within 7 business days after receiving your order. Please provide your order number, along with an attached photo and/or video of the damaged or incorrect item.

If you are experiencing any issues with an item, or have a complaint, please contact us no later than 30 days after receiving your order.

The Beauty House Shop reserves the right to decline return or/and refund.

Please note, returns are at the expense of the customer. We sadly do not provide free returns at this time. 

Returns due to Customer Error:  If a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address or oversight in not including a building or suite number, new or not collecting in a timely manner, shipping fees apply. This includes mistakes in the product(s) selected. 

Please be advised that all cancelled or returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

Price Adjustments: Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments of any kind at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
